Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 2pm PST will begin processing the next business day.

shopgirlsboutique.com offers UPS shipping for delivery within the United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

We offer the following shipping options:

Ground (5 to 7 business days)
3 Day Select (3 to 4 business days)
2nd Day Air (2 business days)
Next Day Air (1 business day)

*DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

International shipping rates

International customers are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. shopgirlsboutique.com is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please contact your local customs department for any questions regarding additional fees before placing your order on shopgirlsboutique.com

Returns / Exchanges

Merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be received by us within 10 business days of receipt of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unaltered and have all original tags attached.

Undergarments, swimwear, accessories and sale items are NOT returnable.

Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Please be aware that it may take your credit card company up to 30 days to post your refund.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

For your protection, we suggest that you send your item(s) in a manner that requires a signature upon receipt.  We cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
